The series Tidal Reach explores the inter-tidal margin as a transformative space and takes as its subject the vast estuarine landscape of the Bristol Channel. This is a space of extraordinary richness where the unseen is revealed and then concealed again in a complex daily rhythm of dramatic tidal fluctuation. The turning of the tide and other occurrences such as the strong currents, changing weather and shifting light are traced in this series of work, the related transformation of space being experienced as an affective setting for feelings of change, loss, longing and restoration. Limited edition prints from Tidal Reach can be seen at a number of venues in the South West, all prints are for sale. See Galleries and Exhibitions
